30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee; If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Ardex purchase, you can return any unused, unopened items in they're original packaging and receive a 100% refund of the product purchase price. If the original product order was shipped with free shipping, our shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged Items;
Our shipping department takes great care to assure your order arrives ready to use. On the rare occasion your ordered items arrive with any damage, please give us a call ASAP at 239-404-4118. Keep the package and contents just as you received them and our shipper in most cases will contact you regarding the damage. The claim process can take a little time 7-10 days on average. We will send your replacement order as soon as the claim settles. Lost Packages will require the same claim process prior to shipment of replacement order.
